Summary
Digital↔physical transformation with Ajani Tucker — Nexus plates engraved into aluminium and vinyl.
METANOIA ran from 7 November to 2 December 2025 in the Rick Faries Gallery at the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art, curated by Jasmine Lee. The exhibition — with Ajani Tucker — explored what constitutes the ‘real’: how digital processes shape, distort, and redefine the material world, and how works that exist as metaobjects are rendered into tangible art objects.
My contribution was the Nexus series (Nexus_001–003): modular constructions engraved on aluminium and vinyl, drawn from a film and architecture practice that blurs physical and virtual space. The opening was 7 November, 5:30–7pm; an artist talk followed on 20 November. Supported by the Bermuda Arts Council and Great Sound Ltd.
